The description of the boundaries or service area of the District are as follows: All of Section 2; the E ¾ of the N ½ of the N ½ of Section 10; the N ½ of the NW ¼ and the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 11; the W ¼ of Section 12; and the E ½, and the E ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 14, all in Township 41 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida.
Fiscal Year
The fiscal year of the District is from October 1 to September 30.
Taxes & Fees
The taxes, fees, assessments or charges of the Central Charlotte County Drainage District consist solely of an annual assessment of $20.00 for each acre of land located in the District’s boundaries per year. The statutory authority for the levy of taxes and assessments is set forth in Chapter 69-932, Laws of Florida, and is also found in Chapter 298 of the Florida Statutes.

Supervisors
The governing body of the District consists of three (3) Supervisors who are elected by the landowners in accordance with the provisions of Section 298.11 of the Florida Statutes. Each Supervisor serves a three (3) year term. The current Supervisors are as follows:
